Notice in Relation to the Contents Described in the Public Announcement for the Commencement of Tender Offer Included in the Amended Registration Statement of the Registration Statement of Tender Offer Concerning LAWSON, INC.

LAWSON, INC. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announces that it revised its Articles of Incorporation at the general meeting of shareholders held today with respect to the tender offer for common shares of LAWSON TICKET, INC. (code: 2416, listed on the Jasdaq Securities Exchange. hereinafter referred to as "the subject entity") (hereinafter referred to as "open market purchases"). Accordingly, the Company today filed the Amended Registration Statement (refer to https://info. edinet. go. jp/EdiHtml/main. htm) of the Registration Statement of Tender Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Statement of Tender Offer" in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 2 of Article 27-8 of the Securities and Exchange Law (hereinafter referred to as "the Law"). In accordance with Paragraph 11 of Article 27-8 of the Law, the Company gives notice of the descriptions contained in the Public Announcement for the Commencement of Tender Offer (electronic public announcement (URL: https://info. edinet. go. jp/EdiHtml/main. htm); hereinafter referred to as the "Public Announcement for the Tender Offer") dated May 14, 2007.

Meanwhile, on May 24, 2007 the Company filed the Amended Registration Statement (refer to https://info. edinet. go. jp/EdiHtml/main. htm) of the Registration Statement of Tender offer in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 27-8 of the Law as the entity subject to the tender offer filed its securities report on May 23, 2007. Nothing contained in the Amended Registration Statement relates to the contents described in the Public Announcement for the Tender Offer.

NOTE

1 Reason for Submission of Amended Registration Statement
The Articles of Incorporation of the Company were partially amended at the 32nd ordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Company (held on May 25, 2007). Accordingly, it became necessary to partially amend the Registration Statement of Tender Offer which was submitted on May 14, 2007. For the revision, the Company submitted an Amended Registration Statement of the Registration Statement of Tender Offer based on the provision of Paragraph 2 of Article 27-8 of the Law.
