| LAWSON, INC. today announced the following organizational and personnel changes. |

Organizational Changes (Effective March 1, 2010)
LAWSON will implement the following organizational changes in order to put in place an organizational structure to facilitate a swift response to changes in markets both in Japan and abroad.
1. Introduction of Sales Division System
(1) LAWSON will introduce a sales division system that integrates regional headquarters management and development divisions. These new divisions will formulate and execute comprehensive area strategies.
(2) LAWSON will establish a Regional Headquarters Support Division provides Head Office support for regional headquarters. This new division will ensure that the sales division system functions effectively at regional headquarters.
2. Strengthening of New Businesses
(1) LAWSON will establish a Natural and Healthcare Division to oversee the healthcare business.
(2) LAWSON will establish an Overseas Business Office. |
